- Exchange rate spreads
- Card usage fees (if applicable)

You agree not to use our services for:
- Money laundering or fraud
- Illegal gambling
- Terrorist financing
- Buying or selling illegal goods or services
- Harming our reputation or platform
Any violation may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GU shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of funds due to user error
- Account hacking due to weak passwords
- Delays caused by network or third-party issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in fees in the past 12 months.
